Summary:The project, Building the Culture of Evidence-based Practice in Teacher Preparation for Mathematics Teaching (CEMENT), held a final dissemination conference in February 2015. The aim of the conference was to increase dissemination of the CEMENT findings into areas beyond mathematics education. The conference, Conversations on Knowledge for Teaching, provided opportunities for delegates to discuss aspects of knowledge for teaching across five themes: Developing clinical acumen for teaching; Strategies for supporting teacher knowledge development; The disappearing horizon of content knowledge; Education technologies: Now and in the future; and Powerful teaching. This report details the activities and outcomes of the CEMENT project leading up to the conference.
