| 總結: | A CD of activities for university heads of school, emanating from a project that aimed to produce improvement of teaching and learning through the application of a leadership program at the head of school level to improve the relationship between the head of school and associate deans (T&L) and discipline leaders. It also aimed to develop and disseminate clear frameworks to incorporate teaching and learning improvements at the school level. The project took place over two stages. In the first stage, higher education institutions with well-established Indigenous programs in Australia and overseas completed a 'workbook' survey containing critically reflective questions in order to provide a structure for the first of two working seminars held in Alice Springs. Participants worked collaboratively to develop an institutional leadership paradigm (ILP) for strengthening the leadership capacity of institutions through identification of common values, philosophy and principles. Discussions combined with the workbook reflections formed the major data collection strategy for the project. Each participant developed activity plans for discussion and distribution of the ILP within their institutions during the second stage. Reference groups at both institutional and national level provided ongoing advice and support and had access to project materials through a document repository and dynamic workspace located on the internet. |
