| 總結: | The Leadership Colloquium was organised as part of the development of the Carrick Institute's Leadership for Excellence in Learning and Teaching Program. After the first round of proposals earlier in 2006 it was clear that there would be value in undertaking work to support understandings of 'leadership' to underpin the program. In response, three events were planned to provide a set of activities to culminate in a forum for those interested in applying under the Leadership Program in 2007. This report details the first of these events, the Leadership Colloquium, which was designed to provide an opportunity for university leaders to contribute to the understanding of effective leadership for learning and teaching in Australian higher education.
