| Achoimre: | Report from a commissioned project to provide recommendations to the Carrick Institute for the effective organisation and management of the expanded Australia Awards program for University Teaching (AAUT). The project team reviewed the current AAUT scheme, considered comparable overseas and institutional schemes that promote and reward teaching excellence in universities, reviewed relevant literature, conducted interviews with stakeholders and consulted with an expert panel to explore various options. The project team engaged in an iterative process before reaching the conclusions and recommendations contained in this report. The appendices contain various information that was considered, in particular a number of preliminary design options that were developed before a preferred model was reached.
