| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | This report was generated from the analysis of the 30 full proposals and 47 expressions of interest (EOIs) submitted for the 'Curriculum Renewal' priority of the Priority Projects Program funding round that closed on 23 April 2008. This was the first call for projects under this particular priority and it was anticipated that the priority would be retained, at least for the 2009 call for projects. Accordingly, it was seen to be beneficial to review the approaches taken by applicants to the specifications identified by the Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC) and offer recommendations. The proposals and EOIs were reviewed in the context of the 'Priority Projects Program Guidelines and Supporting Information – 2008 Versions 1.1'. In the process of analysis and synthesis, attempts were made to classify the applications according to various parameters outlined in the ALTC documentation. This was done by inspection of relevant parts of the application and a judgement, where possible, of the best fit with the ALTC documentation. In most instances this was a straightforward task, in some the match would be contentious, in others no match was possible. The term 'applications' is used in this report to include both full proposals and EOIs. The author of this report did not have knowledge of which full proposals had been funded or which EOIs had been recommended for development into full proposals.
