Beskrivelse
Summary:Final report from a project that developed a framework for an internationalised law curriculum that aims to prepare law graduates for practise in a global context, significantly enhancing recognition of Australian law degrees. There is an increasing need to improve and facilitate the scope for Australia's legal education and training to meet global demands, and to promote the internationalisation of the Australian law degree. The project thus aimed to make a significant contribution to improved legal education practices which will benefit graduates, the legal profession and related disciplines common to law graduates. It was intended that the project also contribute to increasing professional mobility, assist with the export of legal services, and increase the number of international students studying in Australia. The project undertook a collaborative, engaged approach through the use of purposefully constructed stakeholder consultative groups and roundtables.
