| 總結: | There has been rapid recent growth in HDR enrolments in creative practice disciplines at Australasian universities. This is the final report from a project that identified effective supervision approaches in this emergent field. Through collaboration between leading universities, it: Identified supervision practices of early adopters of practice- led research HDRs as case studies, established a literature review to draw comparisons with other selected fields of supervision; collated resources that were developed by partner institutions to facilitate effective supervision in this field; gain insights into disciplinary frameworks for facilitating supervision capacity and learning and teaching pathways within HRD programs; employed content analysis to interrogate the resulting materials and identify patterns and broad principles. This research base highlighted innovative practices and resources, established commonalities in approaches and produced a set of working principles. |
