| Özet: | The network aims to build greater support for the fast-developing learning and teaching focus amongst the creative arts disciplines in the tertiary sector and further enhance cohesion and capacity across the creative arts academic community, already highlighted during the Australian Learning and Teaching Council's Learning and Teaching Academic Standards project as the sector supported and endorsed a nationally agreed-upon suite of learning outcome statements for Bachelor and coursework Masters degree programs in creative and performing arts. Final Summary - Learning and teaching leaders in the creative arts in Australian higher education institutions have come together to support each other to respond to a complex regulatory and organisational environment for the teaching of creative arts. Through professional development events and a peer-reviewed publication, the network has provided a valuable forum for its members. In addition, the network has played a pivotal role in establishing the first, formal peak body for heads of creative arts education - the Australian Council of Deans and Directors of Creative Arts. |
