| Achoimre: | This report results from a project that researched and developed leadership skills in undergraduate students. The researchers trialled an innovative approach to promote leadership knowledge, leadership skills and leadership in action in four Australian universities, University of Ballarat, University of Technology Sydney, Queensland University of Technology and Edith Cowan University. The student program was delivered through retreat workshops and work-based student project directly related to the students' academic studies. An independent evaluation of the program was undertaken and is included in this report. Curriculum resources were produced as part of the project. Staff and students suggested that the program be offered to all undergraduate students and ideally be incorporated into the undergraduate curriculum. |
