| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The purpose of this report is to provide a review of the Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC) Leadership Program and its 22 constituent projects in operation during 2006-2008. In responding to the commission provided by the ALTC in December 2007, this report presents an overview of each of the 22 projects; draws together the synergies and learnings from the projects; identifies areas of strength and weakness and the limitations of approaches; discusses operational and strategic issues of importance to the sector, individual institutions, policy developers, the ALTC and other key groups; examines implications in the context of a diverse sector; recommends ways in which the ALTC can build on the work undertaken in projects.
